Lost & Found
Did you forget something in the club? Leave an Open Tab or lose an item? Open Tabs are closed at the end of each night and all left credit cards and found items are stored safely in the club’s office. So, whether you are seeking to retrieve your forgotten credit card or a lost item at the club, please return the next open night to speak with a manager to retrieve your items.
Our venues are NOT OPEN on Mondays and some Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Most of the clubs do not open again until Thursday or Friday depending on the week. If the venue where you lost your item is not open, please fill out our CONTACT form which will be directed to the manager of the club you attended. Responses can be expected by mid-week when the managers are back to work.
We will do everything in our power to return all lost items safe and sound, however, we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items that may have been misplaced at any of our clubs. All found items will be held for a period of 2 weeks to be claimed. After the 2 week grace period, lost credit or debit cards will be destroyed for our customer’s safety and privacy, clothing will be donated, and government issued IDs will be returned to the appropriate government agency.
